Reminds me of a metal feller I ran into up around Goodsprings, Nevada, a couple of years ago:

A slight resemblance, indeed. May I ask who makes/markets these?
Just in case someone might want to use his Pulp Alley western table setting to recreate a bit of Fallout: New Vegas, you see.

This was a prototype miniature I made for myself. I've been fine tuning the design over the last month and I think I've finally got a version that I really like. The final design is slightly different than the one in this photo.

I'm going to check on casting these and maybe we can release these figures some time in late 2016.

That would be great -- I'll definitely buy a few. The more I think about it, the more attractive a Fallout-style post-apocalyptic setting would be for Pulp Alley...lots of different gangs and factions, various technology levels, the struggle for both basic and advanced resources, mutants and monsters galore. My old power-armor space marines would make great Brotherhood of Steel or Enclave soldiers, for one example, and lots of uses for old Necromunda stuff, too.
Heck, now I want to play.
