Since the release of Pulp Leagues I've been revisiting old leagues and updating rosters. Still a work in progress, here's a revamped Carnival courtesy of my phone:

This has been my pet villain league from the start, intended to give potential new players something colorful to fight against. I keep coming back to it just because it's also a fun league to tinker with, and one that I could see facing off against the likes of the Shadow or the Sandman or Mandrake just as easily.

The core group of character and gang are all painted and based (finally) and as an added bonus, when they aren't terrorizing our heroes, some of them may hit the table in a certain sideshow scenario...
