Clear Shot vs Untouchable

Apologies if this has been clarified somewhere already, I attempted to search the forums but to no avail.

So, if one plays the Clear Shot Fortune Card, does it allow one to temporarily ignore the cover granted to the target by the Untouchable ability?
That's how we understood and played it... though it got my poor namesake riddled with lead. :(

Good question.

Yes, Clear Shot trumps Untouchable.

Untouchable means you always count as being in cover - but Clear Shot simply negates the "benefit" of that cover. So while you are still in cover, it doesn't actually help in that situation.

Please let us know if you have other questions or suggestions.
